Cauliflower mash? I make the cauliflower rice now...... I presume the cooked cauliflower is "mashed"? Is it a bit sloppy though? I wouldn't mind betting something as added. Kindly let me know how you cook it.B: Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon
