What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B. Porridge, chia & Flax, yogurt and Truvia
Snack. 2 Ryvita, 1 Baby bel
L. Fresh salmon & salad with mayo
D. Bacon, 4 chipolatas, 1 large mushroom, tinned tomatoes.
Snack. 1 slice BURGEN bread toasted with butter and Marmite

I don't hear anyone else mention Marmite.....is it allowed?
Sincerely hope so, I eat it all the time. On Lidl HP rolls in the morning, on my cheese salad. Hell yes, what on earth can be in it that is carby? I do not really want to know so no replies please!

L: Last of the spinach and kale soup with a blob of cream, avocado with egg mayo & green salad
D: Pan fried sea bass, Brussels sprouts, homemade kale crisps, cream cheese cloud, chunk of cheddar

It contains 100g of EVIL per pot.

I have marmite often - well, as often as I have a Lidl protein roll.
It is all about portion size.
So if I get a half teasp of marmite smeared across two half rolls, embedded in masses of butter, I don't notice any impact at all.
Besides, I love it!

L: Left over Chilli (not much meat left)

D: Roast Duck Leg in a Red Wine sauce, Cauliflower mash, asparagus, broccoli and greens.

May have some berries & cream in a mo, but then again maybe not.

L. 3 x97% sausages, home made coleslaw
D. Roast chicken, broccoli in cheese sauce 1/4 onion frittata, strawberries& cream
S. Hard-boiled egg, cube cheese

L: Olive & avocado salad, greek yogurt & chopped nuts
D: Roast turkey, broccoli and a small helping of roast carrot & parsnip, jelly & cream
S: 2 Mini Babybel

Cauliflower mash? I make the cauliflower rice now...... I presume the cooked cauliflower is "mashed"? Is it a bit sloppy though? I wouldn't mind betting something as added. Kindly let me know how you cook it.

Add some cream cheese, it binds it together well ans whizz it in the food processor rather than mash by hand
