It was. The lobsters were not huge which is why I added to it. I coated the mozzarella in a LC crumb. Cut into sticks, dipped in egg then the crumb. Just popped them under the grill.My goodness that lobster+ sounds gorgeous! So does the pork chop with mozzarella, I hadn’t thought of doing that, reckon it’d be a good test for the new airfryer.

Did you use the almond flour? It's ridiculously expensive here so I'm thinking of trying without.
I was more thinking along the lines of not using almonds at all and only use eggs and crushed pork scratchings.
