Same here. Went to a National Trust property, absolutely nothing I could eat at all. Last summer hubby ordered a cream tea just so I could have the cream and butter, he had the rest. Today the choice was sandwich, sausage roll or cake.Nothing we could eat on the menu and it reminded me of how difficult this might be once we all begin socialising again
LoDough makes lovely pizzas - I was so pleased with mine3 meals today, DD keto coconut porridge for breakfast, made a nice change.
Lunch - surprisingly hungry considering I’d had breakfast - a LoDough pizza topped with chorizo, mushrooms,olives and of course mozzarella.
Dinner: spag Bol (with BareNaked konjac noodles as the spaghetti) 0% Fage yoghurt with pumpkin seeds to follow.
Managed to reach protein target today (120g) it’s surprisingly hard, but not unenjoyable to do this. View attachment 48938
