@Goonergal , is there a reason you choose 0% fat Fage? I have tried it, but seems less creamy and more bland than the one with fat.
I looked on the Keto Fitness club and they have lots of different Keto recipes and videos the linseed bread one was on there. I will look up the Hemsley sisters one.
SLC bread is great. It's the closest I've tasted to "real" bread. It toasts well too. It was wonderful to be able to have sandwiches again and toast for breakfast. I'm fond of their hot dog rolls as well. I tend to order in bulk and freeze it (one loaf in the fridge). Not cheap but very few low carb products are.DJC3. I used ground flaxseed (which I've only just found out is also known as linseed!), no maple syrup. Altho it uses yeast, there is no sugar to activate the yeast so next time I shall use the yeast differently. They didn't rise and yes, they are more like pumpernickel. But I quite like them even tho I can only have half a roll a day. What's the ready-made bread like? I will look on the slc website.

I prefer my steak to be cooked nearly right through with a trace of pink in the middle, as for runny eggs, no thanks, they have to be cooked hard before I will eat them.Main event was a thick sirloin steak, which @Riva_Roxaban may think is undercooked, but which was delicious with an egg for company.
