Generally yes, but….Is it safe to skip eating all day when on no Carb or sugar?
that might change things. No idea how it works. Probably best to check the patient information leaflet or ask the prescriber.I have just started my second week of Ozempic
But be careful in any case not to dehydrate by reducing fluids too far as well.Generally yes, but….

If you Google ‘fathead pizza’ you’ll get lots of options. That looks amazing!!!! Where do i find the recipe for that? Beyond delicious!!!!
You are a star, i was just googling "Fathead Pizza", when you replied. If you Google ‘fathead pizza’ you’ll get lots of options.
I used the following:
For the base:
- Roughly 80g grated mozzarella (watch the carb content if buying pre-grated, varying amounts of potato starch are added)
- 25-30g full fat cream cheese
- About 35g ground almonds
Toppings:
Whatever you want, plus more cheese and a tomato sauce if desired (I don’t use tomato as I find it too sweet).
My toppings were pepperoni and polish sausage.
Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave (or stove top). Add the ground almonds and mix thoroughly into a dough.
Roll out and bake until golden brown - I put it on a metal sheet with holes (the inner part of a quiche dish!) and it fried it for 8 minutes, but you can use the oven too.
Then flip over, add toppings and bake again for about the same time.
Ground almonds - much cheaper than almond flour and do much the same job unless you’re a professional patisserie chef! You are a star, i was just googling "Fathead Pizza", when you replied.I did not realise that was the actual name of that type of Pizza!. I will definitely make one next week following your recipe!....
BTW... is that ground almond or almond flour... Never ever used the stuff before.
I still cannot get used to the fact that things like bacon and cream are not really bad for you... Didn't stop me eating them but i always felt really guilty.Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and anot her carb killa bar.
Dinner: bacon rolls (LC ones) with a smidge of ketchup followed by SF cherry jelly and cream.
