Evening & I won't mention the other things, @LivingLightly, but I won't be looking in any gardens, as I live in southern England now.
I hope you enjoy Mothers Day too. And that sounds like a lovely treat for it too.Hello. I forgot I hadn't posted. I've had a very mixed day with food, picked at anything that took my fancy and had a doughnut (shock! horror!) and felt so guilty afterwards. I haven't had one for a very long time so hopefully it's just a hiccup. Tomorrow it's Mother's Day. My daughter is no longer with me, one son is 60 today and lives in USA and the other son lives in Portugal! So tomorrow I have treated myself to 2 lamb steaks and I have broccoli, cauli and carrots to go with them. Enjoy Mother's Day ladies.
Your swede air fried chips look crispy. Were they?No crawly things, but dinner was a rather tasty steak (small piece left for tomorrow), apparently rump but it was very tender, with swede air fries & rather a lot of mushrooms. Don't fall over, a pic...

Have a fantastic time, @Antje77!
The corners/edges were crispy, not the whole fries. I toss them in olive oil & SPOG, that helps. I think I prefer them to chips.Your swede air fried chips look crispy. Were they?
My apologies. I'll invite all of you next year and make it a proper low carb birthday!Sounds a lovely birthday @Antje77 I! The only things missing were our invites!
My logical head knows this! It just doesn’t communicate with my phobic head!Evening @Rachox
My apologies if you found the spider talk unsettling. Please rest assured there are no British species that are harmful to people, despite the exaggerated claims that appear in the tabloid press every once in a while.
