What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

I did - it just gave me a bigger version of the picture... :(
Maybe it's the iPad - ill try on the pc in the morning. And

B: Overnight coconut-chocolate-seeds pudding
L: Salad with cauliflower hummus and extra olive oil
D: 'Broccoli tabbouli' (shredded broccoli with herbs, mayo and pumpkin seeds) with eggs, salad and olive oil, small glass of white wine, bowl with kefir mixed with desiccated coconut
 
B Fried bacon, tomato & mushrooms, scrambled eggs & cheese toasted on half a Lidl roll
L Grilled slices of big tomato in olive oil with S&P, olives and melted goat's cheese, mixed salad added
D Jamie Oliver's fish pie (very lemony, mashed celeriac topping)
S Mug cake

B: Good Green Stuff, Clean Lean Protein, 2g salt, 2 tablespoons chia, but C and 1 litre water with billet proof coffee

L: salmon, seeds, salad

D: Restaurant Rib Eye with greens, cheese board

L Tuna mayo / cheese salad
S half a banana / zero coke
D fish and peas from chip shop [ no batter ] Blackberries / blueberries / cream
BG reading 2 hrs after 4.9 Happy with this:happy:

L: not needed
S: an alarmingly big piece of Wensleyday with cranberries, out of my Mum's fridge. Apparently my Dad bought it 'unsupervised' - she doesn't approve of fruit in cheese. I was happy to help it disappear. Was expecting a spike, but didn't get one. Wish I had. Am now tempted to eat more!
D: mince and greenery. Still at Mum's so she used cornflour. Bigger spike than the sweet cheese. :(
 
Fasting day.
D: Spanish chicken and green beans with garlic cream sauce. Bbq almonds.

Lemon green tea.

B Egg / cheese omelette
L 2 wafer thin crackers/ / peanut butter / homemade lemon curd / a few mixed nuts
S 1 small pear / 1 can zero coke
D Corned beef salad / coleslaw / 6 strawberries / 6 pieces banana/ 2tblsp of crème fraiche / cream
 
Saturday:
B: Omelette
L: Low-carb crackers and cheese, baby plum tomatoes
D: Salmon, roasted Mediterranean vegetables*, cauliflower* cheese, half a small baked potato* with butter

*BIG mistake - major arthritis flare-up today, pain levels 9/10 everywhere - even my face hurts - and high BGs as a result. :bigtears:
(Post on GOOD MORNING thread to expand on this, for any fellow arthritis sufferers who may be interested.)
 
Went out for breakfast. I usually just stick to meats but got tempted and had a croissant with butter and jam, a bite of a flapjack and about two mouthfuls of pancake. Came home and been on the sofa since. Can't imagine my FBG being any good tomorrow but it'll be interesting to see...x

A rather odd food day involving far too much bread!
B: toast and butter
L: 1/2 Lidl roll, scrambled egg, smoked salmon, mushrooms
D: cashew nuts, Skyr yoghurt, toast and brie
 
B. Nothing wasn't hungry

L. Lidl roll with ham, followed by ice cream from the van :oops:

D. Small portion lamb, few carrots, broccoli and gravy

S. Baby bel cheese, salami and square 70% choc

2 pints of water and 5 coffee
 
Today b- sausage bacon and Mushrooms
L-lidl high protein roll with salmon and soft cheese
D-curry with coconut milk and some celeriac rosti's followed by some blueberries and cream
 
Fast day

D steak beans cream sauce, cream and square dark choc
