What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B: coffeencream
L: cold chicken breast, lettuce, cheese roulade thing, coleslaw
D: duck breast, mustard cauli mash; chocolate chia seed muffin (found in back of the freezer), clotted cream
 
B- egg and sausage
L- nothing too busy
D- chicken thigh, sausage, celery, hard boiled egg, small amount of cheese, avocado I slice of sunflower seed rye bread
Bm- 5.8 2hrs later and 80 mins at gym

B 1 lidl roll / egg mayo
S 1pkt pork scratchings / zero coke
L 4 high fibre cream crackers / red Leicester cheese / peanut butter
D 2 tblsp of peanut butter mixed with 5 pieces of banana on 4 melba toasts [ from Asda ]
 
Fasting

D salmon salad and choc chia pud.

Wasn't hungry at all...

Brief hiatus in fasting for a couple of weeks while i do some food reaction testing.
Life is just too short to fit everything in, isn't it?

Anyway, today:
B: Cin Crunch (2nd batch. Toasted coconut flakes this time. Yum) and cream
L: feta, olive oil, peppers and olives
D: chicken breast baked under a chorizo and cheese jacket, with coleslaw
S: chocologic

I'm afraid i am disappointed with chocologic. Turns out i am too much of a choc snob to enjoy it. And it seems to make me constipated in a gassy colicky way. Most bizarre.

Oh well, back to Lindt and Aldi and Lidl, which i think are better quality.
 
Ox Tongue salad, Oppo salted caramel and a few strawbs.

L: Lamb Koftas, Rocket Salad and a Flatbread (gave the other to the missus to have with her Calimari)
D: Baked Cod with Chorizo and Tomato, 2 squares of 85 with Oppo Salted Caramel (is the plan)
Bottle of Rose & maybe another of Red for later............
 
B: scrambled egg, smoked salmon
L: cold chicken breast (3rd day in a row for school lunches) coleslaw, rocket
D: baked avocado, tuna mayo, cheese
S: a lot of wine!! Having trouble focusing to write this!
 
Friday 1 / 7 /16
B half a lidl roll / homemade lemon curd
L Cheese / egg salad
S 1 pkt pork scratchings
D omelette / mushroom / tom/ cheese
 
(Burping, contentedly.)
I missed dinner last night (long story) and was starving this morning, so I've just eaten a delicious, low-carb frittata - mushrooms, courgettes, cherry tomatoes, a rasher of bacon and some grated cheese, all lovingly enrobed in silky free-range eggs, with some parsley and chives from the garden.

That'll do me until dinner tonight.
Don't you just love LCHF...?!!

KateA do you cook the spinach or use fresh leaves? I'd love to try this breakfast
 
B bacon egg coffee
L wasn't hungry
S chia choc pudding. Don't think I'm a fan really but I like popping them in my mouth

D mc d cheeseburger and double cheeseburger without buns. Didn't enjoy them though so think my taste buds and appetite is changing since fasting.

Fast tomorrow and I'm really full x

Today I have mostly been eating:

B: Scrambled Eggs and Bacon.
L: Chicken Pakoras with spicy Mayo
D: Blackened Sirloin with Green Beans in a Tomato Sauce and roasted vegetables.

Pudd will be some more salted caramel oppo with something I haven't decided on yet.

Also a gallon or so of a nice Mouvedere/Shiraz

B: snickerdoodle crepe with strawberries and clotted cream
L: 1/2 Lidl roll with cheese
D: courgetti (courgette from garden. Harvesting just beginning so will have to look up courgette recipes. Can I spiralize and then freeze?) with chorizo, prawns, garlic, shallots, sun-dried tomato pesto, spinach (also from the garden), Greek yoghurt. Was v tasty

Now just contemplating a few squares of Lindt choc with a cuppa.
