Yep - next to no effect on mine. I've only had the seeded one.Looking at the nutrition on the website I'd read it as 9.9 grams of carb as the fibre is listed separately rather than as part of the carbohydrates (as in the US). But guess the exact count is not as important as measuring the blood sugar impact with a meter.

Plain unsweetened lemon, and you add whatever form of sweetening you like - IF you like.
Then I stirred in some double cream.
The cream did mix with the jelly at the beginning, but then rose to the top so that there were two layers. Clear lemon jelly at the bottom, and then a creamy lemon jelly layer at the top. Both layers had the same consistency. Very pretty.
Unfortunately, that was my last sachet, and when I went online to look for it yesterday, I couldn't find it on Amazon.
There are lots of 'sugar free' jelly brands out there, but they all seem to have nasties in them, including the ubiquitous Hartley's. I particularly look for Aspartame free.
If you love lemon desserts that Cloud pie is a real beauty. I did use less butter in the base and less sweetener as I like it tart. Looks good and keeps well and is REALLY lemony.Thanks @Brunneria - if you ever do find any more could you let me know - I love lemony desserts.
