Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg on low carb toast
Lunch cheese and celery followed by a slice of low carb tea loaf
Dinner roast chicken, sausages and salads sorry photo in shadow!
Followed by hm LC lemon cake.
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chilli con carne with cauliflower rice.
B- Greek yoghurt.
L- l/c roll with cheese and ham. A bit later I had a h/m low carb blueberry muffin.
D- Leftover Asian cabbage stir fry with wasabi mayo. Montezuma’s AB chocolate and a few walnuts.
