I been proper bad ....
Had porridge with cranberries for breakfast
Lunch was ham salad sandwich on wholemeal sealed bread
Then two biscuits ..bourbons
Dinner was prawn noodles and loads of veg
The. Sugger free jelly and vanilla ice cream
The. Two more rich tea.....and going to be make home made popcorn in hour
I know but that s normal for me ...only 3 week ...so don't give me to much ear bashing
B. Bacon sarnie on brown bread. Coffee & a tea.
L. 90g bag of KP peanuts and a small orange.
D. Chicken breast sliced and stir fried with bean sprouts mushrooms and fresh garlic (absolutely amazing.
Total carbs under 100g. Aim to eat about 50g per day but before you realise it you've had unplanned carbs.

B: crustless quiche and a Costa coffee with cream
L: a Morrisons DIY salad (picked out with love by Mr B, whose grasp of low carb stops at sweet corn and sweetened 3 bean salad. Bless him). So I bumped it out with mayo and cheese and loved it. Slight spike at 2 hrs. But not a problem.
D: chicken breast with mushrooms, green beans, mushrooms, bacon and mozzarella.
