What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Brunch - Lidl roll with bacon and egg,
Few liquorice pontifract sweets accidentally fell into my mouth, in fact a lot not a few!
Cauliflower cheese and haddock

Didn't bother testing after my disaster oh well tomorrow is another day
Hi debbiedoodles, I love Pontefract cakes too, wonder what the sugar content is on those never looked will look up. :)
 
Breakfast (2 PM) :
Almonds
Blueberries
Aged White Sharp Cheddar
Chianti Dry Cured Sausage (charcuterie)
roll-ups: smoked ham, cream cheese, dill pickle spear

Supper (8 PM) :
steamed asparagus with 1.5 tbsp butter,
green olives
blueberries
mexican: ground/minced beef (1/4 kg) w/ black beans (60g), cheddar, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper

B - Poached eggs with slice of paleo home made bread and butter
L - flax crackers with Philadelphia and chorizo slices
D - cheese burgers in lettuce wraps, strawberries and cream

Small carton of coconut water out of curiosity as it was 29p in Home Bargains!
 
Fast day so just coffee in morning

D spaghetti sauce with green beans. Few salted almonds.

A carb lite fats friendly day of Sausage Egg McMuffin discarding half the bun for breakfast. Lunch -plate of Roast Pork with Wanton Soup, but skip the MSG laden soup. A handful of roasted cashew nuts...

L wasn't hungry

D left over sausages and baby cucumbers. Odd combo!!

I wish I had made more use of this thread last time...

B - 3 cups of super strong tea, tiny splot of lactofree milk in each
L - 2 courgette & feta fritters 3 rashers bacon
D - 1 courgette & feta fritter, 1 tiny dab of soured cream, 3 small chicken drumsticks in tarragon, dijon and (tiny amount) of honey glaze.
Loads of ice water...Not difficult today!

I feel very full, but if the munchies strike, a thumb sized peace of homemade low carb peanut butter bar with my cuppa :)

L baby cucumbers dipped in peanut butter

D lamb Moroccan meatballs in lettuce with mayo. Cream and drizzled choc.

Hating this heat....

Monday:
B: cinnamon crunch, coffeesub and cream
L: smoked mackerel, beef tomato and olives
D: chicken curry with peppers, courgette, cauli and an onion bhaji
 
Making a greek salad for lunch: diced cucumber, diced yellow onion, diced roma tomato, kalamata olives, dried oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, ground flax seed... all over spinach leaves... then topped with copius amounts of crumbled feta. Yeah baby! mmm. mmm.. good.
