Up to you...
Me too!Up to you...
Only for heavens sake, don't eat too little. It is the fat that makes LCHF bearable, satisfying and sustainable.
For ages, I thought it was the protein, but I've finally learned that it's the fat.
Hungry? Tired? Cold? Un satisfied? Fluctuating BG? Eat fat.
Sounds shocking, doesn't it? But it works. And my body runs better on it than any other way of eating.
Another weird BG day on holiday. Fasting 6.6, had breakfast of bacon egg mushroom tomato, out and about, cheese omelette and salad garnish for lunch, bit of a walk late afternoon, preprandial 6.3, then had avocado vinaigrette, Angus burger and ratatouille, and rhubarb & cream - with a glass of red wine. At +2 was 6.0! Maybe my levels are being affected by change of environment even though I'm supposedly relaxing from work?
I'm still scared to eat fat! All those years of brainwashing...
I'm trying though. Wish the weight would shift! While I'm still testing BG with foods, I'm not yet being really formulaic and still following Holford for now.
Will start weighing good etc prob next week x

Possibly something like that, or it's on holiday as well and did the DP thing after a long lie inFor your preprandial 6.3, could your liver have joined in the action, if you have been active?
Sounds fantastic! I am jealous. Do you know how to make cauliflower "rice"?Not eaten it yet, but have just created a chicken korma for tonight!
It tastes better than the takeaway so I'm feeling a bit chuffed!
Only thing is, what do I eat with it instead of rice?!
