Due to a migraine, got out of bed really late with no appetite. Had a good portion of my homemade curried chicken and veg (broccoli, cauliflower, little carrot, onion and pepper) soup. For "dinner" I had some Greek yogurt with a handful of blue and raspberries and some nuts. Housemate is making a low carb crumble as she fancied some and I said that I won't eat it... So, ground almond crumble topping with stevia and butter. Filling, apples and blackberries with stevia... I'll taste some with a mound of whipped cream.
