BG 2 hours after eating was 4.8mmol. Just came back from gym bg 4.4mmol

Before Bed - 4.4mmol
Woke up @ 9am with 4.4mmol

Haven't had anything since waking up, but two cups of teas. Going to go gym, come home and have some salmon fillets, veg, butter, tea, feta cheese.

Not even hungry, more a habit of eating!!
