    5.7 at 5.30 this morning

    Must have been the roast dinner that made me high last night, as the and which and crisps I had for dinner surely wouldn't have caused that! Damn those slow acting carbs that make me think I'm starting to understand all this malarkey!

    When i see all these below 6.0 Fasting numbers, i am getting restless... I can’t seem to ever get below 6.3... today was 7.3

    My fbg is usually in the 6s sometimes 7s the fbg is usually the last level to come down which can be so frustrating. Keep going!
