Yes @Krystyna23040I do love silver birches. We have a beautiful weeping silver birch in our front garde. We planted it before we found out that I was highly allergic to beech pollen - but I would never get rid of it because it is such a beautiful tree.
This lifestyle promises much but has only consistently delivered weight loss, hunger and the feeling that "if that is what I should eat I'd rather not bother having anything."
Hugs for the hassle, but a big old win for the scoreMorning...a drama filled couple of hours so far today...woke up late had to rush for my anti-coagulant clinic only had half a cup of coffee eek!...got there on time took 20 minutes to find a parking space fudge!...clinic running late b*gger!...then the test results which if you remember has been an absolute nightmare recently...a 2.4 bang in the middle top premium score which gives me three weeks grace between appointments...got home had no time to test earlier so after having eaten nothing for 18 hours rushing around like mad I got a 6.9...it shows the cold cure products are still lingering & stress is a factor...coffee with some double cream Hmm Hmm Hmmmmmmmm.
I have been making my own also. Adding a few drops of tea tree oil to hand cream when I use it and also putting a few drops in water in a little spray bottle that I carry in my handbag so I can spray my hands.
5.4 this morning on waking. Crept to 7.2 after breakfast but back down to 5.3 a couple of hours later.

Haha jibe at our PM all you like you will get no criticism from me. I have just found a recipe to make my own sanatising gel. Fill required bottle one third with cheap vodka, add 15 drops each lavender oil and tea tree oil, the fill to the top with Aloe Vera gel. Shake to mix and hey presto. Off out to buy vodka and Aloe soon.My hand wash post was supposed to be a jibe at our PMs advise, sorry if it came over otherwise, I agree take care especially with other health issues.
