Sadly it doesn't look as though he will be back.PS do we know if and when AA will be back?
No wild boar to run rampant and chase slow walkers? Eh Muddy?Nice road, our Cannock Chase is deep in snow at the moment, looks very pretty however we have no wild beasts to motivate us when cycling.
Not yet! Rutting season is the only time I have to show any real fear of meeting Wildlife, those ancient rutting sites I have well mapped and steer well clear of.No wild boar to run rampant and chase slow walkers? Eh Muddy?
Great Blood Sugars and HBA1C.4.9 again this morning. Glad they have come down from the 6s I was getting a couple of days ago. Its very difficult with my autism not to obsess over numbers, I've found that with everything that I've done that has any kind of tracking of numbers (myfitnesspal, slimmingworld, weight watchers etc) I get my mind fixated on the numbers and when they don't go my way it can make or break that day/week. Knowing that going into this, I've tried really hard for that not to be the case with this and going low carb.
In other good news my repeat HBA1c came back yesterday and was 49mmol which is vastly improved from July, triglycerides still elevated but halved from them, protein in urine according to gp and they want me to repeat my urine test. Passed the results to the diabetes clinic and waiting to hear back from them.
Welcome to the forum. Hope you get a diagnosis soon.9.8.. not been diagnosed yet hoping for pre diabetes. Had some brekkie retested 13.8

Interesting choice of word fixated especially when your journey has been so remarkable. Might meticulous be a better word? O/T, my super duper Adidas fitbit stopped working, they sent me a replacement which didn't work but a new lead charged the old one. Both now not working and fitbit support seem to be on holiday. I'm a tad lost without all my data. Not at all sure any of it is helpful. I suspect it is just like Linus's blanket as is fbg/Swipey in my case. Not at all convinced either are helpful. At least I have stopped weighing everything and entering into cronometer trying to hit all the ratios, nutes and vits targets. Your being meticulous has worked - mine doesn't IMHO.Great Blood Sugars and HBA1C.
I have exactly the same problem with anything I can track. I get totally fixated on the numbers. When my old fitbit wouldn't connect to the fitbit app. anymore and I couldn't track my numbers it was such a relief as I couldn't obsess about the numbers anymore. Unfortunately I now have a new fitbit and I am back to obsessing over the numbers and the other stuff it tracks.
I am the same with logging food on Fatsecret and logging blood sugars.
This does have an upside though because I keep my activity levels high and I obsessively log my blood sugars and food intake and it has enabled me to come off and stay off insulin.
That would definitely motivate @Muddy Cyclist . Now what I need is something to motivate me to do my bank reconciliations.
Yes, you are right, meticulous is a much better word.Interesting choice of word fixated especially when your journey has been so remarkable. Might meticulous be a better word?
