I went and wrote postcards and stuff in the other room. Came back to bed at 5am. Cat had finally fallen asleep. So sneaked back into bed. But cat woke up. I should have gone to sleep on the couch...
I hadn't put a dressing gown on when I was writing postcards, I should've done. I hadn't realised it was colder last night. So I put electric blanket on. Cat went back to sleep under electric blanket over my feet, which I am now trying to extract without waking him so I can post my postcards.
It looks as though it is going to be a beautiful sunny day today.
And I am not wasting it sleeping!

The wonder wheel of ham and eggs followed by a hot cross bun came in at 5.5 this am
There are rumors of a bright, sunny day today - not seen just yet but the sky is clear of clouds. We have the girl in the bubble today. She has a trike pram contraption with quite large wheels so we will be heading to the beach later this morning.
Todays B&W snap on the box brownie is a tree and some as yet unidentified birds flying in for lockdown easing. Hope that everyone has a splendid day. Time for koffy.

When birding North Norfolk we found the locals really friendly, It was the well off snob birders from further south, with him and her sporting 5k of optics each, who wouldn't speak.Oi'm noww gewwun. Hev Yew Gotta Loight Boy? I loved my time teaching in Norfolk. Nicest students and parents of all.

I absolutely recognise that "drive" completely. Fuelled me as a teacher and batsman and has carried into dealing with T2. It is absolutely no use anyone else saying relax it is all good - it just doesn't work. That inner voice is awful loud and insistent. Good man.Well thank you and I appreciate your appreciation.
But for me and probably other artists, it's that eternal progression drive and at the moment I ain't progressing. I need to work harder.

it did thanks jjraak,had a bit of a night of them lowest being 2.5,was very busy painting back of the house and fences should have lowered my basal insulin but didnt think i would do as much as i did,but all good now and i will be doing a lot less today xxHope that sorts you out @karen8967 .

I'd love to be pitched by a relaxation techniques salesperson. I suspect I know who would need the product more by the end.Relax ? I DON'T do it !
