Fine geeful, I feel priveleged.good evening all
4.6 today
a wet and windy weather morning but it cheered up this afternoon so we went for a walk (got to boost the vitamin D wherever possible) all wrapped up in coats and scarves though.
Lots of tourists about, for some reason quite a number of posh convertibles driving around today, perhaps they know something we don't about the weather prospects
Hope your day is treating you well
@dunelm - the leak at mum's is not too dire, it's in the upstairs bathroom (which she doesn't use now), the seal round the bottom of the syphon in the loo tank is failing resulting in a little bit of clean water leaking, and it only happens when you flush the loo. We bought a kit of parts to reseal it yesterday and mr gee hopes to get the job done tomorrow
nice perspective with those receding hills in today's painting and the touch of colour is subtle but works well. I do like these mountain ranges you paint
Hope the jab has gone well and no side effects
@gennepher - looks good to me for such a small screen, well done, I like the colours you've used, nice contrastI recently had to buy myself a new phone because of the same issue
@Muddy Cyclist - hope our weather improves enough for outdoor groups to be ok again soon. It's June in another week
art bit - one of these days so long as @lindisfel doesn't mind I may have a bash at rendering one of the lovely sunset pictures
the background on this one ended up blurring together, I used too much water I think, the paper cockled a bit too

I like your mountains @dunelmGood morning everyone on a breezy start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of bangers and cauliflower mash with a few spring veg came in at 5.6 this am
What a to do. Nil points! I do hope that that Charpentier chap is still getting royalties for his Te Deum as it’s still the best bit.
Glastonbury was at it as well with that new popular group Live Stream Fails. I saw neither.
Can two households travel in one car if only one household has a mortgage and the other household does not have a cat? Also does this apply to mini-busses and camper vans?
2nd jab went without a hitch and so far it looks like that I am not in need of man flu supplements. Youngest sister has just finished her JD Degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) in Portland. I wonder which side of the arguments she will take?
Another 7x3 with a bit of colour. Hope you all have a pleasant Sunday, koffy time here.

I love this painting. It is stunning.Fbg 6.6
Another painting in ZenBrush3 on my tiny pixel screen.
The sky was afire with pink this morning. But it only lasted a brief few seconds.
I was looking at Chinese paintings for inspiration for pink. And I came across one by Zhang Daqian which I liked so I decided to work with that.
I thought it would not take me all that long, but actually took about an hour and a half!
I was experimenting trying to get the effects in the painting. So it was saving the painting, undoing strokes, etc and that is what took the time.
I have set myself the task for doing this for perhaps a week on the tiny Pixel screen in ZenBrush3, and see where I get to by then with it.
Have a good Sunday.View attachment 49552

Smashing that. I like the work of Zhang Daqian and his modern impressionist style. The rocks are fabulous and such a tiny screen! Wonderful colours.Fbg 6.6

Thank you @gennepher for you kind commentsI like your mountains @dunelm
The placement of the blue gives the suggestion of distance for the far mountain and I like that.
What a terrible life Mr K has5.3 this morning. Shortly off to Sheringham Park to see the Rhododendrons. Sadly the National Trust cafe doesn't do sausage rolls so Mr K will have to make do with a cheese and onion marmalade sandwich.
