Yes, @gennepher I well remember the 70s. Perhaps I ought to add candles to my shopping list. You'll be lucky.
I am checking out heated body warmers...or down ones, I won't need to recharge those. I still remember the '70's @ianpspurs
But it doesn't end with the frock does it? You won't have the right handbag, shoes, hat and gloves to wear. Then you simply must change for the evening "do." Is there a colour scheme? Think it through man. I expect better of you.Good morning everyone from what looks like another smashing start here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of ersatz mash with chicken in creamy garlic sauce came in at 5.4 this am
Appointment at GP surgery went well - saw one of the specialist practice nurses (the ones that can actually prescribe lots of things as long as they are not psychotropically exotic). So, a bag of goodies will be delivered to the door this morning including some tramadol and some sort of spray containing both a steroid and antibiotic for my run silent, run deep ear.
Girl in the bubble arriving this morning - Mrs Miggins is taking her swimming which means that I can nick the car for a couple of hours. We have a wedding to attend at the weekend and I need to buy a new frock.
Another washing up liquid painting. Have a marvelous pre-bin day. I must make koffy.

Sounds like another one of those apps where you need to draw a map of the drop downs. Thanks @dunelm
Well, I finally went into the Help section...drop down menu after drop down menu, and it said to press the floppy disc icon to save...
Only problem, there is no floppy disc icon...nowhere...
There has to be a way to save, because I am getting some incredible effects as moving kaleidoscope bubbles....
So went back to the drop down menus which are as clear as mud...
So selected from one drop down menu, which led to another, and another, and at the very bottom of a mile long list was an option to save. So I tried it, and it worked.
So, created another brilliant kaleidoscope...but I couldn't remember the pathway of drop down menus. Finally got to 'save' about half hour later. The pathway has no logic to it...
Tried again, 20 mins later...again and again, and now I have it imprinted on my brain.
But the drop down menus for the whole thing to create the effects are hundreds of them.
I think I will go back to a screenshot...it is simpler...unless I want to create a kaleidoscope video in which case I need to trawl through every option under the sun to get to 'Save'...
Thank you @gennepher and must try some other colours although I do like the blue/greensAnother fantastic washing up liquid painting @dunelm
So many possibilities with this.
Glad the nurse was able to prescribe stuff for you.
There needs to be an icon thingy for perseverance and I could have rated you one .Thanks @dunelm

It won't end well if you turn up in a John Deer boiler suit, nattily tied with baler twine. At least polish the wellies - I know a colourful real life anecdote about that. Please tell me you aren't using the vintage Massey, the one for spreading slurry with a fringe on top.I am consulting experts in the field - farmers probably.

Thinking of putting in the coordinates for your favourite politicians?A self propelled combined muck spreader and reaper binder was my first thought

Fair point ; well madeI don't think tough guys like dunelm would be singing, "I am a lumberjack" or being a member of the Concert party when he was in the mob!
Great stuff, Ian. Very politically incorrect in modern times!
“Now then, lovely boys”
Stinky but incredibly lovable cheese and well done Guardian of the Gate21.09

What is happening here?
Actually had late night snack. Small chunk of bread with (as recommended by @ianpspurs) epoisses cheese. Incredibly smelly stuff, but soft and unctious inside. chicken me refused to eat the rind, MrSlim ate all.
Today the Guard Cat saw off a large dog. Absolutely sterling performance from Errant, not once but twice refused to let the dog in through the gate. Longish encounter lot of barking from dog and growling (cat) eventually cat stalked towards the dog , who fled when he got within two metres. Mucho praise and cuddles for the Guardian of the Gate
