Your holiday was over quickly @ianpspursGood morning from Pafos for the last time - until next time. St Edmund King of East Angles is remembered today along with the 9th birthday of our grandson. We shall be returning to St Edmund's old kingdom and a short walk from our grandson by bedtime, God willing. @Krystyna23040 many happy returns to both the birthday girl and joyous sharing of them with a rightly proud grandmother. A week of no testing, no weighing, more hours of exercise than of late, far more red meat and coffee than normal, some calculated off piste eating, good morning prayer and some deep thoughts from C S Lewis' four loves audio book to unpack back at home. I have the rest of eternity for some of that but JKP will have a different schedule for the more prosaic unpacking. Now I need breakfast by the pool. @gennepher, sound advice on use of the internet, hug for the waste of time with that app and winner for the creative. Have you crazy people found the box where the stays were packed yet?
Lots of very good videos on YouChoob on all manner of topics although sometimes they waffle on a bit. Still, another splendid tree I love the way that the ink spreads in a seemingly Mandelbrot fractal manner. Creative today...
Black calligraphy pen.
Spayed with water mister.
It is a random effect, but I am gaining a little more control by the way I am spraying the water mister.
SkillShare is _____ (insert your own word for that, mine is a naughty word).
I found exactly the same videos on YouTube, and the subtitles/captions were perfect for each one. Absolutely no problems with subtitles/caption on YouTube. Also on SkillShare the video stopped and started and froze etc. Exactly the same videos on YouTube did not do that at all, the videos played smoothly. In consequence, my subscription to SkillShare has been cancelled, but I still have the free month. But the app will probably get deleted well before then. My rating for SkillShare...0 out of 5.
Have a good day.
Don't let the bad bits of the internet waste your time.
Find the good bits...

And before you knew it, a birthday called. Hope your trip was a good one and safe journey home.Good morning from Pafos for the last time - until next time. Thank you and you also @gennepher. @dunelm I hope the medics sort your back issues quickly and efficiently. @gennepher the week has provided breathing space for JKP, rekindled my love for this hotel and climate and given me a great precursor to Advent with enough going on in my mind to take me through to Lent and Easter. IMHO God moves in mysterious but perfect ways. Sufficient unto the day was my grandmother's mantra - she also happened to be my first schoolteacherAnd before you knew it, a birthday called. Hope your trip was a good one and safe journey home.

I like these trees very much @dunelmGood morning everyone from another splendidly quiet start here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of some roast porc with the last of the home made apple sauce came in at 5.4 this am
Like all good artisans, Mrs Miggins has all manner of specialist tools collected over the years. Yesterday she gave me some quite complex instructions on how to use one of her latest, exotically intricate, machines: “put the fluid into that tank and mix with water in a 1:10 solution. Now press that button with your foot, flick that switch and push backwards and forwards and it will clean the carpet. Don’t forget to plug it in” - This is a temporary ‘fix’ until carpet fitters time in the spring.
Hospital yesterday - I probably have a prolapsed disc. Some medication issued and a form sent for an urgent MRI scan (the X-Ray department will phone me sometime today with appointment time). Hopefully I will soon be able to hang up the stick and stop telling people to “walk this way.” Tea at daughters house this afternoon.
Art bit - even more trees. I hope that your Saturday shines brightly. Luckily the cafetière was carried to our new house in the back of the car instead of vanishing into the multiverse of boxes.

Definitely a priority to get the cafetiere to your new house safely.Luckily the cafetière was carried to our new house in the back of the car instead of vanishing into the multiverse of boxes.
Hope you have a safe journey home after your lovely holiday @ianpspurs.Good morning from Pafos for the last time - until next time.
Good morning @dunelmGood morning everyone from another wonderfully quiet start here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of treated to dinner by the offsprings came in at 5.4 this am
Where did the day go yesterday? Had to call into the pharmacy to exchange a prescription for a pack of amitriptyline. Later, the hospital called to tell me that I can have an MRI scan on Wednesday, which is nice. Round to daughters to ‘help’ put together a toy kitchen set for the girl in the bubble and then taken out for dinner.
Art bit, some trees. Hope your day is good to you. Time for koffy.
