Morning all/
A different day today. LFT, then (if negative) lunch at an up-market restaurant with a dear friend. She is having her last outing before self-isolation prior to major surgery. The operation is due at a specialist London hospital in two weeks' time. She is so happy that it is going ahead at last. I could join her in eating some celebratory carbs, but no booze.
My minor detail in comparison. FBG 8.1 mmo/lt at 0645.
Have a great day.
5.2 this morning. Feeling a bit tired so Mr K suggested that I relax with another coffee while he takes the dogs out for their early morning walk. I didn't take much persuading.
Hi to all. Too dark here to see what kind of day it is weather wise but being winter it won't boil my bacon. There was a very blue sky yesterday which many would have billed and cooed over. Cute granddaughter early on, then gym, some form of LC food, football, bed and Swipey. Yadda, yadda, yadda. @True Blue hugs, prayers and best wishes for your friend. @gennepher thanks for sharing your art. @karen8967 your amazing run continues. @jjraak hugs, prayers and sincere wishes for rest and recovery - gently does it. @Krystyna23040 hugs and prayers for the pain from the sorrow and hurt of close family and friends. If you are out there @SlimLizzy hugs and prayers. Even if you can't stand on a corner in Wilmslow, Arizona, Take it Easy.
Great spray trees and reflections @dunelmGood morning everyone from sunny lockdown by the sea here in the dark and dangerous north. It’s like living in a series of Sykes smashed into Groundhog Days with a sprinkle of Janet and John narrated by the late Terry Wogan. Bread making yesterday. Also found out that Larry, no, Grayson’s Art Club is back for a third series in the spring (whenever that is nowadays). You can read about it here: https://www.itsnicethat.com/news/graysons-art-club-series-three-art-180122
More importantly, have you all placed a bet for the whacky races. Richly Smoothmac is bookies favourite but you will need to buy a vulture to pick through it all.
A short spray and a few birds and boats today. Must be a good Mitwoch, tea finished, now for the koffy.

Great fbg and enjoy the relaxation. Nope, certainly not Friday. My body knows tomorrow is Super Salmon Salad and Avo day maybe even a "side" of Halloumi fries5.5 this morning. A slightly damp, but still enjoyable, dog walk. Now relaxing with a coffee before starting on the admin. I keep thinking it is Friday today.
