Hi JJ, Ian from Suffolk here m'ole bewty. Great show as always and loving the Sade. You're such a smooth operator, perfect for Sunday. So reminiscent of Gerald Harper's Sunday Affair. Look after your fellow presenter."...and that was Phil Collins, here on a mellow Sunday at JJFM,
8.1 on your fbg radio dial. ..weathers glorious but chilly here in Capital.
One of our co presenters is off sick at the moment .
Word is she's making headway.
A poor day of chills, yesterday.
But ploughing through, in her own indomitable way
So this is for her, AND to all you wonderful listeners, out there in T2D Land,
For each of us, love isn't like the packaged fruit in the supermarkets ...
It's odd, mishappen, irregular..
but that's what real love looks like
So for the times , when we doubt or things are harder
Here's a little reminder , just how special, finding that special person truly is ....
(No forum sound, press play, then hit that big YouTube wording to listen )

That Kaleidoscope image would have made a very good 60's-70's wallpaper. Great for keeping you off balance.
Good luck with that. Can't immediately see how you are going to do it, unless the wood stored is going to be in very small quantities. Looking forward to seeing how you do it.
6.2 this morning. Flu jab yesterday and feeling a bit under the weather today. Did Covid test which was negative. Beautiful sunny morning.
Actually, thinking about it I reckon we both also display the following traits: determined, resolute, indomitable and intrepid.Guess who else @Krystyna23040 thinks she is invincible....
Sorry, didn't see your post until I got back. These are from their website.Enjoy the day @Krystyna23040
Would you take a photo of the beautiful scenery for us...please.
Thank you @gennepher. It’s an interesting Spar that we have. Groceries, parcel drop off and collect and walk through into the butchers shop next door who also sell freshly baked bread and other carby things.Multi operational Spar...no defined purpose for the food shop any more...
Great start for this sketch @dunelm
Poor duchess - hopefully it’s only for a dayFour of us in our hamlet had the COVID and flu vax yesterday pm. I am fortunate, I am the only one of us not feeling ill today.
The poor duchess feels really quite ill.
Tomorrow's is a new day.

Actually, reading my post again I wonder if the word I should have used was stubborn.Actually, thinking about it I reckon we both also display the following traits: determined, resolute, indomitable and intrepid.

Good luck for the course @dunelmGood morning everyone from quite an early start here in the dark and dangerous north. No idea why, something inside so strong by Labi Siffri? Back pain course begins today - residential, Monday to Thursday for the next three weeks. I am hopeful - and positive - and have a notebook and pencil as well as gym and swimming attires. Art bit - what happened on day two (sorry @jjraak - it’s getting a bit fiddly . Have a marvelous Monday if you can and hope that all single and double jabbes are up and at it. Must make some koffy.

Incredibly detailed art bit. Looks as though it is therapeutic for you?
Wonderful colours and patterns in this smashing piece of artwork - reminds me of the tie-dye yearsFbg 6.7
The trail cam that wouldn't work at night in the back garden, actually picks up activity in my kitchen at night. Ghost Cat is the nighttime visitor in my kitchen eating Midnight's food. And strangely enough it appears it is with Midnight's blessing. He was just watching Ghost Cat eat.
My cats, previous to Midnight, and including Popeye all jealously guarded that cat flap and would viciously attack anything trying to come in.
But not Midnight. He appears to have an affinity with other cats that need food.
Anyway, here is a YouTube short clip on one of the new cats in the back garden at night. Midnight got a shock when he saw it. A cat walked past who looked identical to him, even down to the few white hairs on his chest.
This cat has never been seen in daylight, only a few times since on the nighttime trail cams. It was funny watching Midnight's reaction to it...
What! I have a doppelgänger?
Creative was to be a kaleidoscope, but I wasn't in kaleidoscope mood this morning. So this creative is several photographs over each other. Each one is a memory. Good memories. So I share this combined photo with you.
Have a good day.
No time for a cuppa.
Have to love you and leave you...
Catch up later...

Sounds like a good planFBG 6.5. Last night BG was 7.8 so it has stayed fairly level all night. With what I ate eventually yesterday, BG should have been much higher. No idea why it wasn't. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, I guess.
