Good Morening Ladies And Gentlemen, in the interests sanity this posting will be a Royal free zone.

Bloods yesterday were 6.8 and this morning were 4.7 oh hum.

Did you you start your day full of plans? Me, me’s and myself did and then fell soundly asleep again hence now running plan and scheme less. Never mind, I expect the koffy will get a big hit today.

Now I must depart to the medication store, then sit quietly for 20 minutes or so take my blood pressure for the GP’s to ignore, then do my leg exercises to improve my mobility or so the physio says. After all that it will be time for my mid morning nap, whoops I also would like to fit 60 minutes plinky plonky in.

Stay safe, stay dry and if possible avoid the media social or otherwise. Oh forgot stay well.

H is saying he wants to reconcile with his family, while his publicity almost certainly makes this unlikely, if not impossible.
Perhaps the book was originally supposed to be a private memoir?

I don't make a habit of listening to womens hour but last week I was waiting in the car and heard an item how black women were subject to racial abuse if they had whiter children due to having a white partner.
I thought it was going to be due to white mixed race prejudice but it turned out it was black men almost exclusively directing their dislike at black women for having white children.

This story of the Royal family is if one is fully loyal, and obey the rules, those in the family get huge benefits. I think it's ironic that one who hated the media so much has now gone to the media to get publicity and money. His story is particularly unwise boasting over his bag of Taliban.

I was trying to create the dawn sky I saw yesterday morning.
Failed to create anything like what I saw.
In my mind this has gone too fiddly.
I am trying to think how I might achieve the dawn sky I saw, because it was dramatic, yet had a simplicity about it.

Maybe I will try a dawn sky tomorrow.

In the meantime I need to feed those cats, and have a cuppa myself...

I agree in some way with MrSlim’s thoughts on this - he probably does need some serious help and all this raging in public is doing him no good.

Good morning everyone on a very blustery and wet day here in the dark and dangerous north. Had a wonderful voice mail message from my sister yesterday. She was taken back into hospital on Tuesday and heavily sedated but is now on an upward climb thanks to the excellent staff in the palliative ward. Now bragging about massages and another brain scan (so that’s one character in The Wizard Of Oz eliminated). I have no idea what we are doing today - probably testing the waterproof qualities of coats and boots. Art bit - finishing off the detailing. Have a great day if you can. I shall finish my koffy and contemplate cleaning out the wood burner.

Yes - that's the thought I had. I do think he is a troubled individual who could easily be swayed by self-seekers. Possibly that stems from his childhood and exaccerbated by his time in the British army, but he should have been better advised by someone - surely he has some real friends. Bad advice has led to him hanging himself out to dry.

FBG 10.4 at 3 am rising to 14.8 by 7 am. Took a correction dose and got it down to 11.5 before breakfast.

Hi all,
I start a very low food intake regime from this evening till Monday lunchtime.
No solids just clear liquids, I am taking a special drink to empty my bowel tomorrow, then a CT scan on my Colon on Monday am at Carlisle hospital. Oh I can have some ice cream for breakfast tomorrow.

Apparently I am not up to a colonoscopy so it has to be this way instead.
Oh they are pumping me full of CO2 so I shall be combating climate change in very small way unless jet propulsion sends me to the ceiling like a balloon with escaping air.

It will be interesting to see what's going on.

I wonder how much H has come under the influence of life in America. Americans do love to tell the world about their lives and do seem to go in for navel gazing in public. Perhaps he doesn't realise how much he is being influenced by those around him.

He thinks he is a grown lad - much like my eldest grandson - but as with my eldest grandson, A hae ma doots! Eldest grandson is, in fact, my step-grandson, born into a dangerously violent marriage and with a very troubled childhood. Not the same as H, but who knows what damage life has done to him? Spoiled brat, maybe, but his surroundings and his lifestyle may have done quite a lot of damage. Some young people don't grow into mature adults, their emotional and spiritual growth is stunted. Oddly, seemingly like H, my grandson is absolutely besotted with his wife!

The air temperature is fine for the season but it feels much colder. @lindisfel hug for the regime this weekend and I pray everything goes well on Monday. @gennepher thank you for sharing the creative. The sky captures the variety of colours often seen at dawn/early morning perfectly so don't be so hard on yourself.. @dunelm good news on your sister being on an upward curve and thank you for the latest development of the reassuringly solid structure. Earlier, we saw some wonderfully graceful, sleek horses and enjoyed the on again free coffee in a well known grocers. Small Epiphanies. Currently watching Spurs and seeing what the dogs make of their first bones - beef ribs. Hopefully your day will please or even delight you but some days are diamonds, some days are stone. Pretending otherwise helps no one.

Good luck for the scan and a hug for having to take that awful drink. Had it a few times myself and it does a very good job but it's horrid. The CO2 can be a bit embarrassing, but the staff are used to it so no need for embarrassment.

Sorry your sister had to be taken back into the hospital but glad to hear that she's a bit improved. Hug for her, and for you and yours - you must all be feeling it as well.
