That would be a shame to have to give up eating out of the house @gennepher. Hopefully you will find somewhere that serves good food. Thanks @Krystyna23040
I am not having much luck eating out of the house, but will look a little while longer, then I will give up permanently...
Thank you IanWelcome @Grandma Misti . @gennepher thanks for sharing the amazing photo of the butterfly. Here (hopefully if forum accepts it now) is a link to info on free range eggs uk.

no mileage, as the price of petrol has for some reason gone up again. Apparently, the oilDown here in the gutter I found humour in this. Your mileage may vary and that's okay as well.
I checked my 28 sec kerosene the other day,If you praise your workers, they will ask for more money!
So, if a Tory said that!
No idea of what it's like in the real world!

Glad to see that something might help tinnatus - could do with that myself. What form does the taurine come in?5.6 this morning. An interesting reading. Actually it is a bit weird.
I read an article about taurine possibly helping tinnitus. Started taking it 3 days ago. Obviously much too early to tell if it will help the tinnitus but noticed blood sugars started dropping.
I thought that's a bit weird as I haven't changed anything. So have just Googled taurine and it looks like taurine may lower blood sugars.
So, these are the two scenarios:-
1. My liver and pancreas have suddenly started
working a bit better
or
2. Taurine really does lower blood sugars.
Who knows which one is the correct scenario. I definitely don't.
