I call them Dracula's daughters!Hello,
Luckily me, me’s and myself manage to keep my INR within my given range.
Unfortunately all these new anticoagulants react with my anti rejection medication. I would love to have less blood tests, the down side of less blood tests would be I would see less of the feel my bottomists, as I call them and usually we end up laughing over something or other, most of which cannot be repeated here.
Thanks for asking, stay safe.
Needs must.the kids just ride on the pavement!
only a few are safe enough to ride on the main roads.
Those steps are amazing. I love them Alf. I would need 4 steps for me to get up that hieight!Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and those who did and didn’t. Did or didn’t I know not.
Blood sugars this morning were 6.3
Attached are some pictures of a step I renovated for a neighbour some time ago, the unpainted picture is the original. The last picture is the step installed in his garage.
Now it time for me to stand in the indoor rain cabinet, then continue life, the universe and everything, oh and plinky plonky.
Stay safe, stay unmolested by the religious zealots that populate Reading town centre.
Me, me’s and myself are thinking about dropping a shoulder and just shoulder charging into the main protagonist, ah my old rugby playing days, sadly history now, dim and distant. Also at my age and medical conditions that would be just stupid and probably illegal, get behind me thoughts.

So much detail, a lot of noise in it, people coming out of and disappearing into it. Sparks the imagination.Fbg 6.7

Cat Midnight & the Boy Badger
The Boy Badger is in my back garden a lot now, on his own. The rest of that badger family come along from time to time, but it is almost as if Boy Badger has been handed the keys to my garden for passing through his teenagehood! Which does not please Cat Midnight who now has Boy Badger sniffing the swing, as well as Pa Badger, and attempting to get on it!

Creative...it began with the acrylic painting on coarse canvas paper in the garage. But it has changed as I worked into it with several other apps I have. This is a personal exploration on some of my past, and I am not talking/discussing about that. However, you are welcome to write about anything you see in this painting/creation.
I will probably be doing this for the next few days until I have worked through something...
Time for a nap.
Had my coffee.
I fancy a cuppa tea now...
Have the best day you can...

smashing restoration work. Some of those folk you encounter in Reading might need a bit of decking.Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and those who did and didn’t. Did or didn’t I know not.

Thank you for sharing the art. I like those reds - very much a category error for a Spurs fan - and birds. Blueberry biscuits a tad bland even for the birds? This is a long read with some dubious Penguin Psychology included but since we have had two sets of two canines for about two decades I'm on the writer's side. @gennepher if you ever get the time to read it you may vehemently disagree. Attached is my idea of a cat person. I imagine her stroking one on her lap and cackling soon my precious, soon. Photograph: Stefan Rousseau/PA via The Guardian.Good morning everyone from a bit of an overcast outlook this morning in the dark and dangerous north. 5.7 this am and where is this summer standing ovation we are being promised or is this more non-leveling up hype? Sun arrived nicely yesterday so a pleasant walk into town and then a walk back again as I missed the bus - drat! Still, “the sun was shining on the sea, shining with all his might”, and I was not in any hurry. Found a chicken carcass in the freezer so made a pot of chicken soup. Also some dangerous looking blueberry biscuits. No, and even the birds have turned their beaks up at them. Don’t you just love clinical trials? Just back from the supermarket, ladened down with essentials and now having a second koffy. Art bit, some colour added. Hope your day is going smooth and steady. If you begin to fall asleep, revert to Black Sabbath or Metallica. Best finish my koffy.

Hope the exercises work for you.Been to the Nat Health physio at the Cottage Hospital in Wigton this am. She has given me three exercises to do to get extra strength in my legs, movement and flexibility in the lower spine.
It apparently is stenosis in my lower spine left hand side.

Really great that your leg muscles are getting stronger. I am sure that you will also find your arms and shoulders will also get stronger. Improving muscle strength is quite a slow process but does have huge benefits.14.9 this morning at 2.45. Dropped slowly to 12.1 before breakfast.
Very sore today after "Move More" class yesterday. Legs not working very well. However, I must say that despite the fatigue, once I have got over that, my legs muscles are actually stronger. Now hoping that the same thing will happen to my arms and shoulders.
Hope the exercises work for you.
From my own experience and of course being nosey, there cannot be a specific recipe, regardless of where, tho irish, welsh, Vikings and every other tribe you could possibly argue, it is a derivitive from old history. Scouse comes from the pot of food, a kind of stew. Which is cooked over an open fire simmering for ever! Anything edible was put in it depending on seasons or availability and added until it was eaten or spoilt.I had a recipe for lobscouse in a book about the kind of food eaten on British ships during the Napoleonic Wars - it was a companion to the Patrick O'Brien novels. Also saw it on a TV programme on Scandinavian food and another one on food around Britain (Hairy Bikers I think, in Liverpool). A hearty, warming stew by the looks of it, but I've never made it.
I saw on an online site, some time ago, that the Welsh claim it as their own, having been brought to Wales by Vikings, way back when. It seems to be either the same as, or similar to, Cawl.
Stunning!Fbg 6.7
