I fing the postings random in that I dont see some at all. I know this because I tick a symbol for each post I've read. If i scroll backwards say the following day some show as no tick! I found that when i comment and then go back to the supposed point of posts i haven't seen then it doesnt take me right back, I always have to then click on.number of previous page to ensure I've not missed. This probably isnt very clear but the top and bottom of it is I regularly miss posts if I'm not ultra careful.
Good morning folks, hope everyone is well, am struggling on the McDonalds diet out here in Trump Vegas, strip joints and casinos were never my cup of tea, however we had a little drive out to the Grand Canyon yesterday, only 4 inches on the map to explore the south rim, it was like a very brown Peak District without sheep .

Regarding breadgate, I generally go for the Tesco protein loaf. it toasts well and it goes well with a mature cheddar, but my point is that it may be, and a lot are, half the carbs per slice of “normal bread” but they are half the size and twice the price, are we as diabetics being led up the garden path a bit by lo carb or hi- protein advertising.

I try to mark each post with like, funny etc.
I know I've done it, see it marked.
Then when I go back I look for those responses to tell me I missed s post.. the response is missing..but I KNOW I read that post and remarked on it.

one fried egg, 3 sausages, 3 rashers, 3 mushroom, one tomato quartered
1/4 tin of no sugar baked beans..TWO slices of hi-lo..buttered, 2 cuppas, one for while eating , one for ron)
delicious..too much food left 1 sausage..and some juice..
tested pre foods 5.5 at 12:46pm..tested post meal 6.0 2;24pm...GET IN..
gonna retest 3:30 see it;s a late riser, just to be sure.

Lauren uses a mouth spray for her b12.
I was getting cramps and bought a magnesium spray to help cure it..(worked too )
a few morning later, i get up all sleepy, laurens been up a while
seems she had leg cramps too, but complained that the magnesium, wasn't all that, so stopped taking it.
Really works for me..what didn't you like about it..i know the spray leaves a white 'dusting' on your legs...

I'm with @Bubbsie . It was planted there! Do you have any CCTV footage to enable this investigation to proceed. I feel this could offer up conclusive evidence and prove Dennis completely innocent of this heniius crime. I hope he has been allowed his one phone call!

There's nothing Debs...no CCTV no forensics no witnesses...they are officially stuffed (technical legal term).I'm with @Bubbsie . It was planted there! Do you have any CCTV footage to enable this investigation to proceed. I feel this could offer up conclusive evidence and prove Dennis completely innocent of this heniius crime. The journalist for The Sun says if she has space it will be in there! I do hope so. I dream of the day diabetics type 1 and 2 and beyond have low carb options confirmed. Educate people of the benefits. Its not for everyone but it could work for so many more.It is a brilliant leaflet.
