Good morning folks, hope everyone is well, am struggling on the McDonalds diet out here in Trump Vegas, strip joints and casinos were never my cup of tea, however we had a little drive out to the Grand Canyon yesterday, only 4 inches on the map to explore the south rim, it was like a very brown Peak District without sheep .
A tad warm for a strawberry blonde though,

Onwards to Yosemite today.

Regarding breadgate, I generally go for the Tesco protein loaf. it toasts well and it goes well with a mature cheddar, but my point is that it may be, and a lot are, half the carbs per slice of “normal bread” but they are half the size and twice the price, are we as diabetics being led up the garden path a bit by lo carb or hi- protein advertising.

@ianpspurs , nice to see you back.
i had similar posts form ages back but nothing from this thread then like buses a few come along together.

For this one i just hit any likes.hugs from here in my notifications...then read
then head over to new posts,..then read
THEN
hit Home page...and read

Not everything shows up under every listing, so I've got used to tracking
across to pick as much up as possible.

and for those post i do remember but can't find even then
i go back to my profile and return to the post thread that way

Notifications is a flawed system at moment, sadly.

And whoever it was with Canestan (;):bag:)

I can match that.... almost.

Lauren uses a mouth spray for her b12.

I was getting cramps and bought a magnesium spray to help cure it..(worked too )
a few morning later, i get up all sleepy, laurens been up a while
seems she had leg cramps too, but complained that the magnesium, wasn't all that, so stopped taking it.

Really works for me..what didn't you like about it..i know the spray leaves a white 'dusting' on your legs...

"SPRAY ?...For your SKIN"....:wideyed::woot::***:

seems she didn't like the TASTE....:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

Gorgeous family picture to treasure for the ages and noticeable difference in you from your avatar - very positive. Photo shows a vibrant, fit, trim, young fella. It does sound as if sliced loaf type LC bread is rather pricey for a sub-optimal product. Luckily, I have found an LC bread mix which I like which although it seems pricey, costs the same as the sourdough Julie buys specially for her fodmap diet so she is fine with that. Quite hard to fill the gap toast, sandwiches or wraps leaves so I sympathise.

Hey young Trick what a lovely happy photo. You are all clearly having a whale of a time. Hope you can find something other than MacDonalds to eat (never liked it even when I wasnt a D). Take care, have fun and stay safe.

Dennis is far too young to bear any criminal liability for this offence...since he has not attained the minimum age of culpability in law which is ten years of age...unless of course you wish to apply 'The doctrine of innocent agency' which of course would mean he was coerced he is/was a victim of circumstances beyond his control therefore plainly not guilty!

Thanks so much PM... I cannot tell you how incredibly helpful this community has been in helping me not just cope with it but to make this significant progress

I heartily concur with both of the above.

What a great photo! Y'all look so happy.

Please stay hydrated. They say the dry heat out there will sneak up on you, unlike the high-humidity heat here in the Southeast.

I forgot to post. It was 6.6 this morning after a shocking 7.9 last night. I know what it was. I couldn’t resist the left over mix of fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries last night. I obviously ate too many- while persuading myself that they were healthy! Self delusional.

Say nothing Dennis...make no admissions...that pine cone was obviously planted on him...if you need a brief get back to me.

This made me laugh as much as Dennis had!
I’ve seen other people mention the Explore Cuisine pasta, I think I’ll look it out, thanks for the photo - it will stick in my mind better.

Ah yes, but what is that in doggie years? I would plead what I used to hear on a TV commercial years ago -- innocent of all but just "pretty larceny."
