Thank you @ianpspursMorning all from a very cold L.A. Allegedly -7 which feels like -11 but I'm not willing to test that. Drip trip day so taking fluid on board now. I should start treatment at 11.00 so "roads" (more cracked and hollowed out Fen tracks in places. Carve through the real Fens from here to near Ely) should be ok and it will be my breakfast time by stage two (of three, two is the main one). @dunelm what an exciting and busy day you have. Thank you for sharing the art - reminds me of the washes in my home village which had railway embankments between them and the Ouse. @gennepher wonderful to read how you made your way in the graphic design/print world? and how sensible you are with heated throws and garments. Thank you for sharing the creative - I find that one vaguely disturbing, half expecting a witch to jump out from the screen. @JohnEGreen good call staying in bed. Right on cue attached is in the digital version of the Guardian today. I'm hoping the venison casserole and keto suet crust later is better than most bang average keto/lc winter fayre. Enjoy your day and stay warm.
Perhaps they produce executives?Yes, that is a coordinator.
But why a co-coordinator?
A producer doesn't produce. So what does an executive producer do?
Thanks. She looks much more friendly than I imagined.Thank you @ianpspurs
I did end up getting several commissions for quite a few school text poetry books from this print/graphic design experience but it paid poorly...
A witch...jumping out of the red...I am a bit limited here, but here is the best I can do...
EDIT: And the witch's cat is there...somewhere...

Here's hoping your Drip trip journey goes well, Ian and you don't get too cold on the way. Take care on those Fen tracks - hazardous in this weather.Morning all from a very cold L.A. Hug for the lost licence, hope it turns up soon .Strangely all this has not really been reflected in FBG which has continued to be in fives and sixes, normal for me.

Thank you @gennepherWow, I am loving the way these snow/wintry scenes are developing @dunelm
Enjoy that coffee...
Good luck on your drip day trip....Thanks. She looks much more friendly than I imagined.
I do not think it is the climate change, @AnnbCouldn't get to sleep last night so I got up again at 0130, took some paracetamol and sat in the chair, TV on to try to lull me to sleep. Then Neil came through to have his supper and that woke me up again, so I went back to bed and did manage to sleep until 0500. Libre alarm woke me then and I dragged myself up to find my BG was 4.8, but it did show, on the graph, that it had dipped to 3.8 just seconds before. Came through to the kitchen again and the alarm went off again. It was back down to 3.9. Ignored it and had a cup of tea.
It's leg bandaging day today so this is the day when I take off the old bandages and have a proper shower and weigh myself. They do say that pride comes before a fall.... Last week I was congratulating myself on losing just over a kilo from the previous one. This week I've put it all back on and slightly more.
The snow is thick on the road and fields here. Not absolutely sure we will be able to get out in the car. If we can't get the car out, we can't go. No other way to get there. I imagine that the road will be passable because traffic for the school will have used it by then but it's our entrance that I'm unsure of.
Just had a phone call from the hairdresser I was expecting to come this afternoon. She can't get her car out so has to cancel. She says the schools are closed, so maybe our road won't be in use. Also just had a call from the nurse to ask if I want to cancel my appointment. Neil reckons we should be able to make it. I'm not sure about that, but I didn't cancel because the bandages are alfready off and if they're not replaced my legs will swell up again. It's really just a question of getting out of our entrance and along our village road to the main road - I imagine it will be clear. They haven't bothered gritting our village roads this year. If it carries on this way, they'll have to send the snow plough out. I guess the post won't be delivered again today either. Is this climate change? Or is this just one of those things that happen in winter every so often?
Try it? Have a go?View attachment 65642
Always think that if I splashed a few splodges on a paper, a little smattering of excess paint & then drew a few lines & dragged the paintbrush across the sheet.....
That IS exactly what mine would look like I'd done .
Yet you manage to create beauty & 3d imagery with your talents.
Not jealous....
Nope, not even the tiniest bit
