6.3 on a sunny Sunday with coffee in mug and KittenCat in lap. ^. .^
Good luck with the Headspace or whatever mindfulness you choose. I just like his voice and find it soothing. Some similar apps or YouTube videos I’ve tried have people with irritating voices so I get annoyed - the opposite effect to what’s intended!
Dennis is appreciative of KCs purrs and sends a waggy tail wave back.
OMG the 1936 guidelines were absolutely 'spot on '.
@jjraak I am glad that it isn't just me. If course I had forgotten that excess protein turns to glucose and I certainly did have heaps more protein than I needed.

It’s 7 and I’m in bed having an early night and not for sex either just to sleep
Happy Birthday SASKIA
It was a brief visit to a little village a short ride from Gatwick, on my way home from Cambridge. Lovely countryside.
Thank you. I hope you will get a good night's sleep tonight with no lows, and feel much better in the morning.
I love Five-0's new headgear!
Of course, I can't thank their fashion consultant publicly, or even acknowledge that I've actually seen the new uniform headgear, and I will deny ever having been anywhere near Hawai'i, or West Sussex, or anywhere but my living room sofa pinned down by the weight of a hefty 10-lb KittenCat -- that's not a £10 kittencat because this one is priceless as are we all ...
"'I can't eat cornbread because of this aggravating diabetes,'" says the rector. Then he bites into a tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat with no mayonnaise.
It's "just" a novel, and it was published a quarter of a century ago. But I'm rereading it for the first time in about 19 years and every time the poor man takes a bite of birthday cake, or potatoes, I cringe for him. He's just been diagnosed, at age 60, his doctor has taken him off doughnuts and creme-filled snack cakes, and put him on meat and potatoes, fresh fruit, low-fat milk, and fruit juice.
And apparently doctors haven't learned any different in all these years.
@gennepher, I saw this little guy just a few minutes ago and thought you might like to see him. I wonder if we have any of the same varieties in our two gardens? I haven't seen in my garden any of the lovely ones you've posted here.
He had a friend with him.
We might have the same varieties. But I have not seen one of those in the top photo.
Today I saw Red Admirals and a Meadow Brown. And some daytime moths, but I am not up on the names of daytime moths, nor night time ones!!!
They both like those yellow flowers @SaskiaKC
Good afternoon folks from sunny Rodeo Drive, it’s good for a look but that’s all.
Bit of a daily struggle with the bloods but that was to be expected on the burger diet.
A few pics of Santa Barbara ( beautiful) and Los Angeles (not my cup of tea, more B.S than L.A).
