Not really PM. It's just that whatever I do do I SHOUT ABOUT IT Haha.I second @DJC3 you really are a fabulous force in bringing education and encouragement to Diabetics. Your encounter with the lady under 40 who has had such a bad experience was a case in point. Yes agree this thread is just wonderful...nobody judges anyone we all have our own challenges but we support each other with humour and friendship. Long may that continue.
Its available now. I had some at real food rocks event. Low carb food company. I am in bed but when I get up.i will link photo to thread of leaflet.Will/ is the bread available to buy now or is it still being developed?
I can imagine that the CGM is pretty addictive viewing
Ps agree about this thread it is such a comfortable place to relax in.
Bargain. Just a note to all that if insurance bought through compare the market you can get tickets for odeon Tuesday Wednesday 2 for 1 so works out at £2.50 each. Even the cheapest insurance (weeks holiday) should do it. Sharing the love.
I use a comparison site every time it's time for a renewal...I never used to then realised how little we get for loyalty...zero.They should offer best price but they dont. Its wrong.

Good morning everyone, it’s a wonderful, if very breezy, day here in the dark and dangerous north.
The wonder wheel of home made Tarte Flambee came in at 4.9 this am.
The Tarte Flambee is a sort of very thinly based pizza like you will get in The Alsace or on the telly when you watch Rick Stein.
Anyhow, Mrs Miggins though that it was wonderful, which it is.
I made the base using cauliflower meal, grated mozzarella and an egg - Mrs Miggins declared that it was just like a regular pizza base. Let’s see if I can upload a couple of pictures.
Dinner tonight with heavily pregnant daughter and her husband - she chose an Indian Restarant for us to go to - is this a cunning plan to help her along the way to her Sunday due date? Should be interesting messing about with the menu for me.
Have a great day if you can, walk backwards into the wind if you get bored.

My friend recommends that but I have never liked ginger.Sounds like the perfect way to see out your cold. An Asian friend of mine at work used to swear by ginger tea - just slices of fresh ginger in hot water.
So what do we think then? I cried...
It is lovely choccy but isn't sweetened at all with anything so maybe you won't find it quite as nice as your Tesco 90% with stevia. You've just reminded me I have some bella Italia vouchers to use up (from Tesco clubcard). Thanks re the choccy recommendation. My fave at mo is tesco no sugar 90% with stevia. Dreamy!
I am so looking forward to getting the Fibre. Speed has dropped to just over 1 thingy a minute which means that I am waiting ages for documents to open in One Drive. Thanks and good luck with the fibre next week. My next test for these meds is weights but on the machine first. Being made the way I am I really want to try some weighted squats but need a spotter just incase.
