Its available now. I had some at real food rocks event. Low carb food company. I am in bed but when I get up.i will link photo to thread of leaflet.

Yes that’s a great deal, I used to do that but there are no Odeon cinemas here.
They do have a Silver Screen show here on Thursdays too. For over 60s It’s £4 entry plus free tea and biscuits! ( no biccies for me obvs) films have usually been out a couple of months but that doesn’t matter. I’m off to see Downton Abbey this morning and Judy next week. I love being retired!
 
A faintly disappointing 5.9 this morning. I did a 20 min session with hand weights before bed so I hope that would have an effect. Never mind.

Thanks DJC the chimney sweep arrived on good time chimney swept...just waiting for the chemist to open then its the Max Lemsip...on the way back I shall get some logs/firewood fire on and not moving far from home today...was intending to drive down to our office in London but the royal mail can deliver for me.
 
5.8 this morning. Was 4.3 last night and had spent most of the day in the low low 4s yesterday - so blood sugars really good at the moment.

Torrential rain here so only did a half hour doggie walk this morning. Got rather wet.
 
Good morning everyone, it’s a wonderful, if very breezy, day here in the dark and dangerous north.

The wonder wheel of home made Tarte Flambee came in at 4.9 this am.

The Tarte Flambee is a sort of very thinly based pizza like you will get in The Alsace or on the telly when you watch Rick Stein.
Anyhow, Mrs Miggins though that it was wonderful, which it is.
I made the base using cauliflower meal, grated mozzarella and an egg - Mrs Miggins declared that it was just like a regular pizza base. Let’s see if I can upload a couple of pictures.

Dinner tonight with heavily pregnant daughter and her husband - she chose an Indian Restarant for us to go to - is this a cunning plan to help her along the way to her Sunday due date? Should be interesting messing about with the menu for me.

Have a great day if you can, walk backwards into the wind if you get bored.

Sounds like the perfect way to see out your cold. An Asian friend of mine at work used to swear by ginger tea - just slices of fresh ginger in hot water.

Looks great Dunelm. I’m not a fan of the tomato paste on pizza so I always put sour cream on instead. I made similar to your meal last night, but using Fat Head dough.
Good luck with the curry - and pregnant daughter, it worked for me!

My friend recommends that but I have never liked ginger.

Apparently, I need to make a trip to John Lewis/Waitrose and acquire several pieces of the Edgar merchandise - Julie somehow knows I have a JL card. (Ava was no 2 choice for our youngest granddaughter.) Trevor the Easter Bunny is still a legend in our family and Grandson has to sleep with him. Quite like the Argos Christmas Ad .

It is lovely choccy but isn't sweetened at all with anything so maybe you won't find it quite as nice as your Tesco 90% with stevia.
 
A second good morning. @HarryBeau hug from afar for the cold, have a cosy day by the fire. @karen8967 take care today. @DJC3 you are so right, maybe if I just ate eggs and fish my BG would be perfect (not a chance, dont think it works like that and I would soon get bored). @Debandez thanks for the Christmas ads havent watched yet. I must confess I do love Christmas but just the Eve and the day. Then its over as far as I am concerned. Its all about the family traditions, the food, bubbly and board games. Theres usually football on Boxing Day and a late supper of cold cuts. Reining in on the prezzies this year though. Too much stuff to find a home for and we hope to downsize next year. No 1 son who is 28 LOVES Christmas, always has, is a great help with the food and gets us in the mood with music, films, etc. He can impersonate The Grinch and is word perfect has us in stitches! Bring it on!

I am so looking forward to getting the Fibre. Speed has dropped to just over 1 thingy a minute which means that I am waiting ages for documents to open in One Drive.
