DP gone, and now the Coffee/creams kicked in, the internal process of getting rid of it begins?
low as it is, the body still reacts to it...maybe it's too much cream..pretty sure i read on this thread that cream affected someone so they cut it back a bit.. @DJC3 comes to mind, but it may have been someone else.
have to say after just a lemon tea or coffee, i probably wouldn't test.
Not sure the rise is anything to worry about, just the normal balancing of a steam engine inside us, working within certain tolerances, creaking and moaning but no where close to dangerous temperatures.
But i realise it's an exercise in what effects you (we all do our own versions, i'm sure..)
Fantastic to see you back and posting your numbers. We Ians must stick together as we are very misunderstood. Hope Wispa is fine and dandy.
Well at least the toaster! Oh scrap that, no point as it would be redundantI’m no scientist but I am wondering if you could somehow power your kitchen! Amazing stuff.Never heard of the watch wearing issue.
Ah! 4/3 pie r raised to the power of 3 = the volume of a sphere so I guess that 8/3 pie r raised to the power of 3 can be summed up in a single word that can be shortened to balls - would these be the nice shiny jingle Chinese ones to celebrate the year of the rat. xīn nián kuài lè.
I think the majority of us on this thread are still learning or have not managed to reach any conclusions. On the positive side we are all striving to improve our future and like @jjraak mentioned in earlier posts, imagine what our BG readings would probably be without all this effort.Like you @SaskiaKC I am still learning.
Hug for arthritis but winner for attitude/fortitude and being a top dudeGood Morning and 5.5 today, a bit of a relief as I hit 7.4 Sunday evening after surcoming to 1 small piece of Cider Cake left over from Saturdays Jam Night..

Meeting a younger friend for a 4 hour Muddy Cycle ride today, sunshine promised, route prepared, coffee stop planned, just wish my arthritis wasn't playing up so much, still I have to trust my Docs take on this, "use it or loose it, you can't do any harm" and I know from 18 years of doing this he is right, just makes it harder to get motivated.
Press on one and all time is precious.
Edit maths all wrong 20 years
Thank you, this thread is full of inspirational top dudes and lasses including yourself, certainly helps keep me motivated when dealing with T2D. It would be so very easy to just cave in to meds and acceptance of my lot, likewise with my arthritis and Mountain Biking I am fortunate to have younger friends who push me, not literally you understand.Hug for arthritis but winner for attitude/fortitude and being a top dude
