Morning...shattered when I went to bed last night still took me so long to get to sleep (3am)… gently sipping my coffee then a shower to perk me up (hopefully)… woke to a 5.8

Rough week too little sleep . Shattered last night night 7pm... Went bed.. Woke at 3am.. Up for a tea.. Back to bed at 4am. Not long awake .5.4

Day off today... News about work due Monday/Tuesday... so only 2 more worrisome nights, then I know my fate..(. It's the worry of not knowing or being in charge of the process.)

Hope the day treats you kindly.

@ianpspurs .Well done on the hospital Olympics "free style peeing" and getting into the Medals

Always best to get discharged during week.
We found that at weekend it seems "Verboten" to let patients go home.

Let's hope spurs can perform similarly well today and match your winning strategy,
P ing All over the arsenal. ....:D

Morning All. 5.5 today which is good after Tandoori prawns and cauli bhajee t/a. Very glad to be back in the zone these last few days but will it last?
@Debandez safe journey home. I have never considered a cruise but you have sold it to me. @DJC3 what a great thing to do with your neighbours and family. Good that Dennis and the girls can join in too. @ianpspurs hope you slept well in your own bed and are recovering well. Enjoy the big game (Son going, OH watching on TV, me staying well out of the way o_O). @HarrisonK you deserve a break hopefully the grass cutting will slow up a bit now its September.
Have a great Sunday everyone. Stay well, stay safe.
Beautiful to see you back in the numbers you like
Spotted a very close mcgarett from you the other day... But had little time (ok forgot :sorry: )

Edit: Just read your post again more carefully. Hug for the stress you are going for hope it all works out for you as you would like.

Just watched a short video on peyote - patience, patience, patience.
Yes, it’s fiddly, and confusing sometimes. It really does take a long time too, the locomotive is approximately 2x2x1 inches, and each little wheel takes about 1 hour. Obviously a flat less technical section would grow a lot quicker.

Reads like an alternative ending to the film “The Great Escape”. Glad to read that everything went as well as it possibly could.
Nurse was trying to find a Dr to sign off discharge and I be like - (but a bit less tuneful and polite):angelic:

My meter is playing games again this morning. It gave me another cricket wicket -- 111 -- for a score of 6.16666666667. Now I wonder if the time-honoured phrase "can't put one past him" possibly originated in some early cricket match.

Cheers @ianpspurs

yep, some things feel VERY IMPORTANT... until life truly interrupts and the DAY gets very real.

THEN we put all our ducks in the correct order, and football slides, like fulham did last year down the rankings.

Still hope the game goes well for you..( not so sure about the Gooners..but a loss would be nice..;) )
too much chatting **** at work about the chelsea, this year..a bit of a humbling for them wouldn't go amiss..:D
can't keep using the what have you won lately, banter...:hilarious:..
(and no, they don't get away with the minor trophies.. the Prem league only or CL...2011 god bless di matteo..)

Good luck fella, on your journey back :)

Think the meter bowled you a googly or more accurately a Bosie http://mentalfloss.com/article/79427/15-corker-cricket-terms-deciphered no 2 but the whole article is good. Never played a US team but I did play against an alleged touring Swiss national team - was given a paid day off from teaching for being an "international" No mention of jug avoidance or zulu warrior though! maybe best not to ask about the ZW
