What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Sitting reading your post with my hand over my face :banghead: Had thoroughly washed them though.
Rhyia I am struggling with that big time...also for work I have to write pages & pages contemporaneous notes & often pop the cap end of my fountain pen in my mouth...lots of bad habits I have to stop it's going to be hard.

Right, I am gone to fight the good battle for tins....in any case ifvthe government back down on their plan, and I can go out to get fresh food, then it’s still in date. Only tins dated 2024 will be bought this morning

Never been in a clan OBB, but I can see the benefits/enjoyment of being in one, I'm fairly new to this game downloaded it off of steam after getting bored with elder scrolls. I'm still at the running around shooting everything stage, I tend to be slower on the uptake of the game dynamics than everyone else, my son in law will study youtube videos for hours before he even buys a game, so starts off better than most. I have a 900 warlock and an 850 titan, I prefer the warlock tbh. I did have a go in the crucible but it was embarrassing, some of these players are so good you don't get a shot away before they dispatch you.
Fallout 4 is still my go back to game, although I enjoyed the Bioshock series recently, they were really was really atmospheric.

I still use trick60 as a name in D2 I didn't know you could change it, so I'll keep an eye out for the lone wolf and keep my head down.
Is there an English translation please?

Even though I'm in a clan I run solo and avoid the pvp for the same reasons as you. My Hunter is currently maxed up at 960 with a +6 bonus on top. I am on Steam so just looked for you, found three with your handle and didn't want to invite some 6 year old :) So here's my friend code, you can enter it in steam in the friends section if you wish... 236752973 Not obligations there at all, just if you fancy running around shooting stuff like a looney (my way of doing things) I can fireteam you if you don't want a clan;)

FO4 is still my 'go to' as well, I am a modder so FO4 and Skyrim are run at max, never tried Bioshock though. Looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077, it's on my wishlist at Steam. My son is the lead programmer for Rockstar games and keeps pestering me to play Red Dead Redemption, but unless he gets me a discount he can forget it.

Hi just been out to feed Mr Fuzz and of course the girls. Then LL toast and tea! Mr PM much better thanks, thinks it might have been a migraine which is a rare occasion. The plan is for all 3 of us to stay in all week with just going out every few days for bread, milk and veg. I couldnt fit bread other than one loaf in my freezer. But that should be a quick dash with a scarf around my face and hand gelled which hopefully will limit exposure. What plans do you have going forward? I saw your post about the Co Op being empty. I hope the supermarkets start regulating this and stop individuals stripping shelves. Well done on he park run, you deserve your low bgs!

Hope you have lots of films and good books to keep you all going. For my part I am simply insisting that everyone wash their hands as soon as they come inside, whether they’ve just been out to the garage or further afield. Is there a neighbour who could pick up essentials every now and then for you? Your friend must be pretty scared.
Glad the girls and Mr Fuzz are taking it all in their stride.

i know it is scary..and i might not be posting what many want to see.

but i do think this is unprecedented..at least for the next month or so until we find our new normal
and some simple item of news now, might just be the difference for peoples ..survival sounds too dramatic,
but i guess it's not far off what i mean, i suppose better prospects would be more accurate.

i genuinely just want to help everyone.
sure many don't have the time or take as much interest as i have.

BUT am conscious i might , probably most likely am giving people news that would rather not know,
and if they did, they could choose to watch the news.
but a lot of what i do post won't be on the news at any point or if it is it will be much later when it's too late to do anything.

i do already post most of this on HERE

so if the consensus is not to post i won't..no offence taken.
we all must make of this crisis what we can in the way that suits us best.

i wish it wasn't so, but we do owe it to ourselves to be aware.
i do hope if not on here, then at least have cursory look on the other thread until this passes, please god.

until i hear otherwise i will continue, if that's ok ?
Keep posting @jjraak - we all need to keep each other company.

Where do I pitch a post after reading the last couple of pages?:arghh: Amazing fbg @DJC3 and exercise seems to be a key ingredient but I am heavily biased to see things that way..

Have to agree exercise, especially the large muscles always seems to have a positive effect. I know this but I’m innately lazy so I don’t do it often enough.
Glad you’ve been sleeping better recently, it puts one in a more positive mood for the day I always find.

Okay back home.
It was quite simple this morning.
I had decided on 2 months of nuts for breakfast, 2 months tinned meat for lunch, and 2 months tinned fish. So this was to top up my already 2 month tins, so this will make the four months pensioners are quarantined/isolated or whatever term they are using now...

The pensioners brigade was out in full force getting their supplies in. It was actually very friendly, gossiping among a pile of pensioner strangers. A lot of banter.

Any way the fish was easy 7 tins pichards, 7 tins mackerel, 7 tins herring, and so on until I had 2x28 tins=2 months. So that was my tea.

Now breakfast, all the cheap nuts were gone leaving me with the nice expensive nuts...goody goody. Just swept them into my walker (it is quite a big deep mobility walker...). Breakfast sorted.

Now lunch meals...big fail...not a tin of meat left, not even spam... sigh. Okay rethink, what is left on the shelves? Some Branston pickle baked beans...just a few left. Now what...ah tins green lentils, swiped them all into my mobility walker. Still not two months of lunches. What else? No tinned peas left at all. A few tins of veg...they got swiped into my mobility walker. Ah some tins mixed beans....they got swiped in.

I am walking round with my bandana over my mouth and nose and a snood over it all as well. I am so wishing I had got one of those skeleton faces on the bandanas...but I got more typical lady designs.

Came back to car, but the normal more aggressive shoppers with their big cars are arriving to find not a car parking space available, so tempers are now being lost, beeping going on, and narrow misses. I was glad to get out of the place.

On the way home I called into a small local shop which was fully stocked. I bought a few more tins, but only one of each, because it is a local shop.

Take care today and always.

Edit/extra...just got a couple of alerts from YouTube on some painting tutorials, where they say, are you confined to the house, and if you are, then we have some painting videos to keep you happy....sounds good!

FBG 8.1 this morning. While I am not great with FBG numbers these days or eating properly, I do know where to find good emojis. :)

Two letter sent to govt, highlight the risks of the current strategy... Second letter, read down

BBC News - Coronavirus: Some scientists say UK virus strategy is 'risking lives'
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-51892402

And Wayne Rooney, weirdly enough. On workers rights.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51896488

While a little bit to pampered "Elite" for my liking, does make a good point... However, retty sure he and the missus will still expect bar staff, chauffeurs, gardeners, decorators, heath workers, to continue working for the foreseeable future..

Can only hope all the sycophants, take off those rose coloured glasses and remove their tongues from the posterior of others and rip them to shreds as we all hunker down to hide from the coming storm,

as Mrs Rooney . krabdushians, and all the the rich vacuous airheads,
do there obligatory Instagram/Facebook post as an example to us all,
about how THEY are coping so magnificently, with looking after their OWN children
doing their own cooking and cleaning and ALL while only having several millions in
the bank and worried where the next pay check is coming in now Wayne, etc can't get a job....:arghh::arghh:

Yeah i know a dream, but what a nice one ;)
