was 14.2 this morning ....
been running my sugars high for a few days after a few hypos on Saturday night when my sugars were sitting stubbornly between 1.6 and 2.6, odd thing was i didn’t feel hypo, in fact I was sat doing coursework and felt fine. even checked on another machine!
7.7 this morningday on site in the snow todaystill a child at heart!
Hi there. I've not been on this thread for some time for various reasons not worth going into. This morning's level was 5.9. I hope you are all doing ok.
Do you walk or run.Morning...bed by 11pm then up at 04:30...working hard for my appointment with the 'blood letter' next week...five and a half miles yesterday...not sure if my poor knees are still intact...woke to a 4.9
I used to run a lot MB...now knees (and age) won't tolerate that...I walk a lot...and use an exercise bike.Do you walk or run.
