was 14.2 this morning ....

been running my sugars high for a few days after a few hypos on Saturday night when my sugars were sitting stubbornly between 1.6 and 2.6, odd thing was i didn’t feel hypo, in fact I was sat doing coursework and felt fine. even checked on another machine!

Wow 1.6.! That is very low indeed. Take care of yourself

I used to run a lot MB...now knees (and age) won't tolerate that...I walk a lot...and use an exercise bike.
