A rubbish 7.3 yesterday, then 6.7 today. I haven't slept well all week and carbs were higher than they should be a few days ago, so guess my liver is telling me to sort it out!

Good morning everyone I went to bed last night with a BG of 5.0 woke up at 4 am feeling dizzy and shaky but my BG was 4.7 and this morning my BG is 4.4

Good morning all a 4.7 on the prickometer this morning.
I made a pudding yesterday; a sugar free raspberry jelly base topped with a chocolate wobbly thing made out of thick cream, cacao, stevia, water and gelatine with a few blackberries on top.
Next year I may make it again
