Data overload incoming. Bedtime 4.7 - very nice. This morning, 5.4 and 5 hrs 40 mins sleep with pulse rate up around 63. Nothing there is very good although none of it is dangerous either. BG rise most troublesome as pulse and sleep heat related. What did I obsess over before diabetes and fitness trackers? Have good days in the sun if possible
 
Morning all. Had a few friends round and I made a fish stew last night. This morning for the first time this year I'm woken by the bright hot sun and the cries of the Gulls, Its chick time of the year and they are warning off any beast which comes near. Including me doing maintenance on the house. My morning sugars levels are 5.5.
