Just been for a long walk with the dogs. Went down the garden, opened the gate and into 4-500 acres of open fields and woods. I can only do this for a short period each year in between harvest and ploughing. Can be magical with mist, geese, muntjac, rabbits, foxes etc. Point of it here is I had no hr monitor, no interest in impact on bg levels or speed - it was just enjoyable. Obvious connection to diet and bg control but I may be too dim to join the dots:banghead:

Hi @Canvaspic i have been to the drs he thinks it’s a chest infection so gave me an antibiotic if my chest hasn’t cleared in a few days I have to come back and will most likely be sent to A&E as it could also be my lungs rejecting (I had a lung transplant) my mum also rang the drs in Newcastle (transplant specialists) and they said not to take the antibiotic and get a spit sample sent to the drs they told my mum they’d ring back this afternoon if I’ve to come over for any tests etc

Good that they are taking it seriously. I hope it responds to the antibiotics and that you get some relief. I’ve have had a few visits to A&E with a seriously stomach and lung problems. They cover a lot of bases with their blood tests and such, if you get the all clear from them, its a fairly good sign. Hope all goes well.

@Ziggy2017 , Well I presume your family have matters in hand. If things get worse, it might be worth phoning newcastle again. And A&E is always an option. I hope things take a turn for the better.

Massive congratulations @rhubarb73 and well deserved - amazing how people who work hard seem to get the results they deserve. That holiday will be even better now.

Thank you. It will. Didn’t want to make a big song and dance about it here - a few of our regulars on here are having a really tough time at the moment.
But I am delighted and will put a post in the success stories section shortly.
