What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Meal last night left me feeling 'heavy'
Went to bed with an undesirable 10.2

Awoke today 530am...and it was bang on a 6.0...happy with that.
Not sure why but did have a small glass of cider vinegar late last night in the hope of getting my morning levels down...hoping that worked...will be trying it again tonight

5.2 after four attempts at taking it - hate it when blood just refuses to be generous enough and you waste strips with errors! Think my blood sugars go up each time with annoyance! I tend to think about the costs of the strips and the waste!
As others have said where did Monday come from again. Hope everyone has a good one and sorts through their to do list.
 
Morning All. 6.6 at 0800 so back to the 6s again. Ate too big a dinner last night finished with cheese and a glass of port (too sweet). Must swerve that in future.
Hope you all had a great weekend and are getting ahead with Christmas prezzies.

Good morning all. 7.4 again this morning. Off for my flu jab this afternoon. Seems ages since I made my appointment. Have been struggling with back pain for a few days so haven't been able to do much apart from my cross stitch which is to be part of a Christmas gift. Have a good day folks!
