Well I do hope that neither of you headed to those places - I was at Holywell bay in Cornwall. Quite breezy but beautiful nevertheless. I looked out for you both!

I've really only driven through parts of Cornwall to get to Padstow which I did like very much.

Lived in Padstow for a few years when based RAF St. Mawgan loved it there all the family used to want to come visit in the summer.

My bestest ever day of BG control. Had a difficult time in recent weeks getting this average down. A sub-6 day has seemed out of reach. Delighted with a 5.7 average. For first time in a few weeks feeling like I can make another step change.
