What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

I’m a raiders girl personally - I of course picked purely on which logo I liked best many years ago when I realised Sunday nights in my house were going to be taken over by NFL :D

That is kinda how I pick race horses -- I usually go for a grey because IMO they're the prettiest. :D

Great to see that you have stayed with us - the world needs more @SaskiaKCs. Holyhead is close to my wife's Welsh roots and Holywell is a nearby village and part of this Benefice.
And of course not to forget:

Holywell, Flintshire,
Holywell, Swords,
Holywell, Bedfordshire,
Holywell, Cambridgeshire,
Holywell, Cornwall,
Holywell, Dorset,
Holywell, Eastbourne, East Sussex, England
Holywell, Gloucestershire,
Holywell, Herefordshire,
Holywell, Lincolnshire,
Holywell, Oxfordshire,
Holywell, Somerset,
Holywell, Warwickshire,
Holy Well, Malvern,

Well I do hope that neither of you headed to those places - I was at Holywell bay in Cornwall. Quite breezy but beautiful nevertheless. I looked out for you both!

My bestest ever day of BG control. Had a difficult time in recent weeks getting this average down. A sub-6 day has seemed out of reach. Delighted with a 5.7 average. For first time in a few weeks feeling like I can make another step change.
