@Chronicle_Cat fantastic results you must be mega proud of yourself, well done girl.
Morning all. 4.1 this morning for me - fast ended yesterday at 1pm so hello to a weekend of food
...like 6.6. Morning All. I think late suppers and late rising doesnt help but will keep trying to improve. Cooking the Lamb shanks Madras recipe today, son and his friend coming to dinner. Meant to cook it yesterday but ran out of steam.
Hope you all have a relaxing Saturday. Stsy well, safeand in control
Not a great start to a Saturday morning 8.0.
Woke to a 2.8 @7.30 now at 4.2 head banging oh the joys have a great weekend everyone
Hope you are ok x
Thanks phil im ok now x
@karen8967 hope you are able to have a gentle day after that rude start. Hugs. X
I have just watched the video of your interview. What struck me was the downsides that people seem to fixate upon. Like you, I get comments about such things as cholesterol, but mine have always been fine. I love your comment on some foods being “fillers” , great way to think about it. Good luck to your mum, I wish I could persuade my mother in law to do similar.
3.3! Way too low but my appetite is severely diminished at the moment and starting from a very narrow diet to begin with and then having it shrink further, is not ideal.
So, aim for today, more carbs.
Hope it sorts itself out Karen, have a great day.
hope you get your readings up a bit, take it easy.
5.3 this am. Slept in after a busy day yesterday doing nothing in particular.
Have a great day if you can.
thanks all good now i made crispy battered chicken for tea last night and i think insulin ran out b4 the fat kicked in forgot to split bolus
wow well done
thanks penguinmum all good now x
Good morning campers. Wishing you all good fortunes with your testing today. I’m sure there will be as many frowns as there will be elated smiles. Tick tock...eyes gazing down in trepidation at the countdown to “beep”. We all know that feeling, and I hope a smile awaits most of us at the end of that agonising 5-10 second wait
Miserable day but the sun is shining above the clouds. Have a great weekend everyone!
Woke up on a 10.5 this morning which is the lowest I’ve been since I got diagnosed in the mornings. Perhaps the increased insulin is beginning to work - lets hope so....
(I know this is still way too high but got to be happy for some progress!)
