What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Can't help thinking the detail oriented trait plays no small part in your results and any attempt to deal with that would certainly make you less you. Billy Joel had a hit with something that phrased it much better and Mr Gee must sing it to you constantly
 
8.8 this morning. Meh. Feeling tons better after a good sleep overnight so that is a plus. I think that until I get this heart problem straightened out I will need to just go to bed early more often. Thanks to @ianpspurs for the encouragement.

Fasting blood sugars this morning were 5.0.

@Goonergal -- Glad your feeling a bit better today -- hope the runny nose, sneezing, and cough will pass you by this time.
@DJC3 -- Great blood sugars, hope you'll get rid of the cough soon.
@Cumberland -- What an adorable puppy.
@Providence 62 -- Sorry you are not doing well. Hope they get to the bottom of this soon. Take care of yourself.

Late posting today, thank you all that wished me happy birthday yesterday. This morning was a surprising 5.9 as I ended up with a naughty big Mac and fries....oh the shame!!! Amazingly my bg was only 8.2 90mins after...not so good when I had choc digestives 4.9 before and 10.1 2 hours after...I know it was my birthday but not doing that again

Enjoy the sun for those who have it.

Good morning everyone.

My blood glucose was 4.9 today. Yesterday I awoke to a sore throat and 5.9 which is high for me (I'm generally 5.5 and under). Today I'm feeling better (sore throat is gone so I must have fought it off) and my blood glucose is within my target range.
