What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Only remembered to test after my shower. 5.4 at 7:28. Think I will shower first every morning. Hope everyone has a good day.

I couldn’t sleep so tested at 4:20 when I got up and came downstairs to have a cup of lemon tea. Just before the tea was 6.7. Was my liver awake before me? Slept until 11:00. Still fasting was 6.3.

5.8 this morning feel awful have bad cold sore throat coughing and sneezing all night. And thanks to prednisolone not much of an immune system to fight it with.so feeling quite sorry for myself right now.
