Didn't test yesterday only had 3 hrs sleep so it would have been high ...not brilliant this morning 7.4 but had worse .

Hello all,

FBG was 4.8 this morning.

@PenguinMum -- Thanks for your lovely comment yesterday. I've been diagnosed about 5 years ago. Personally, for me eating early at night, exercising late and avoiding large portions of protein late in the day seems to work best.

@KarenGG -- I would like to echo what @PenguinMum says -- Please don't give up and maybe start your own thread. There are so many knowledgeable and helpful members on this forum. I am sure you would get many thoughtful suggestions.
