What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.3 this morning but like I suspected visceral fat is down to 10 from 11 of yesterday.. havent really seen any fluctuation in visceral fat since October when I started following LCHF.. it was always stuck at 12 to my absolute frustration... but in past 4 days it went from 12 to 10 to 11 to then back to 10 today... I hope something good is happening inside
 
6.2. Strange goings on. Variance later in day, between 3.4 and 8.7. No rhyme or reason. Only consolation is average over week is 5.8
 
6.6 - Yesterday morning was 6.0, then a walk got me down to 4.3. So, my body can do it, just not overnight. DP reminding me I’m a Diabetic, yeah, yeah, yeah I’ve got it.
